This is a 1 day example of a menu tailored for an Atlethe’s 6 week intense training food requirements according to the Trainer/Nutriotionist and based on the client’s preferences and restrictions.

Monday

Breakfast

  • 3 Soft Boiled Eggs
  • Golden Kiwi, Blueberries and Pineapple Platter
  • Peanut Butter and Raspberry Overnight Oats

Lunch

Blackened and Grilled Organic Chicken Breast,Citrus and Smoked Sea Salt Scented Avocado, Crispy Romaine Lettuce, Heirloom Tomatoes, Toasted Rye Bread

Afternoon Snack

Grilled Cajun Wild Salmon, Pickled and Crisp Vegetable Salad, Arugula, Aged Balsamic Dressing

Dinner

Pan Fried Lightly Poached Organic Turkey Breast, Melange of Jumbo Asparagus, Tender stem Broccoli, Scallion, Spinach and Kale

Dessert

Gluten and Sugar Free Chocolate Chip and Mint Tahini Cookies
