We produced a menu for a established Performer during a World concert tour based on dietary restrictions, food preferences, weight goals, rehearsal+show schedules, part of the world and many more details…  the result was an amazing 5 day menu that was perfect for our client and was featured in MeatFreeMondays website. Crispy Tofu, Bok Choi, Scallion, Shiitake Mushrooms Ramen Bowl, Buckwheat Noodles

Day 2

Orecchiette, Carrot, Cilantro and Miso Sauce, Gremolata, Toasted Bread Crumbs

“Bali Bowl”

Peanut Glazed Grilled Egg Plant, Pickled Red Cabbage, Green Bean and Shallots, Watermelon Radish, Avocado, Roasted Sweet Potato, Black Rice

Day 3

Mixed Vegetable Rice Noddle Spring Roll, Spiced Beetroot Hummus, Baba Ganouj, Dehydrated Sweet Potato Chips
