Clean Eating Menu

In this 5 day  menu we give you an example of a busy CEO who needs a CLEAN DIET to keep in shape but with tight office hours and no time to spare in a kitchen we created this system:  Every WEDNESDAY we send a draft menu for approval, EVERY DAY we deliver the LUNCH at the OFFICE and we deliver the DINNER at *HOME in the refrigerator ready to be heated upon arrival at their residence. *special arrangements to be arranged.

 

Monday

Corvina, Al Amarillo, Blood Orange, Lemon, Grilled Mango and Charred Corn Ceviche, Cilantro and Roasted Garlic Arepas

Dinner

Grilled Organic chicken Breast Coated in Homemade Pesto, Grilled Eggplant and Bell Peppers, Wilted Spinach and Steamed Asparagus

Tuesday

Lunch

Butter Poached Hand Dived Floridian Lobster Tail, Compressed Mango, Key Limes and Herb Israeli Pearl Cous Cous, Steamed Tender Stem Broccoli

Dinner

Grilled Churrasco, White Rice with Chopped Herbs, Red Beans and Queso Blanco, with Avocado, Red Onion and Citrus Salad

Wednesday

Lunch

Blackened and Grilled Wild Salmon, Romaine Lettuce, Mediterranean Anchovies, Soft Boiled Egg, Crispy Bacon, Aged Parmesan Shavings, Focaccia Croutons, Caesar Dressing

Dinner

Poached Chicken Breast Wrapped in Herbs, Sweet Potato and Lime Puree, Roasted Broccoli with Pancetta Lardons and Capers

Thursday

Homemade Falafel, Grilled Pita Bread, Pickled Red Cabbage, Red Onion and Chili Salad, Roasted Mint Hummus

Dinner

Pan Fried Branzino, Clam Broth with Kale, White Truffle and Haricot Bean Cassoulet

Asian Tuna Loin Tartare, Soy Braised Pack Choi, Ponzu Black Quinoa, Raw Vegetable Salad, Avocado with Toasted Sesame Seeds

Sous Vide Organic Chicken Thigh, Grilled Shrimp, Chickpea Linguini Agli Oli, Homemade Smoked Salt and Roasted Vegetable Focaccia
